To reconfigure internal floor layout previously granted under planning permission ref: P19/461 and to include for a small seating area and to install window to south east elevation

To RETAIN development consisting of the increase in site area, relocation of house centrally and relocation of western boundary of site previously approved under P13/377 and P18/539 together with associated site works.
