To retain building position of the existing dormer on site. (b) to retain alterations to elevations and associated alterations to floor plans and all ancillary works

To replace the existing silage pit with two silage pits, dungstead with retaining walls and all associated site works

To retain the following works as constructed; 8m2 additional ground floor area, staircase access and 86m2 first floor attic storage space, increased roof pitch and height of house and garage and associated elevational changes, relocation of existing dwelling and domestic garage, sewerage treatment system and percolation area, entrance gates and piers, all previously granted permission under (PL 01/733).
