EXTENSION OF DURATION OF Planning Reg. No. 15/422 to construct (a) a two storey dwelling (b) install waste water treatment system and percolation area (c) form new entrance onto existing public road and (d) construct a single storey domestic garage with all associated site works

For amendments to previously permitted development under Ref 18/218. The development will consist of (a) demolishing existing outhouses to rear of existing dwelling, (b) constructing a single storey extension and link from rear of existing dwelling, (c) constructing new detached domestic garage, (d) replacing existing septic tank with new proprietary waste water treatment system and new percolation area and (e) constructing new replacement site entrance with all ancillary site development works
