To demolish 4 No. existing pig houses and 2 No. manure storage tanks (as previously approved) and to construct 3 No. replacement pig houses (in lieu of 6 No. replacement pig houses and associated works approved under planning Reg. No. 19/250 and PL02.305444), together with all ancillary structures (to include meal bins and soiled water tanks) and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (E.I.A.R.) and Natura Impact Statement (N.I.S.) relating to this proposed development will be submitted with this application. This application relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a licence under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013.
