The development will consist of: (i) Removal of 3 no. existing chimneys and partial removal of existing pitched roofs; (ii) Demolition of the existing sheds and out buildings; (iii) The construction of a single storey flat roof extension to the east and west side of the existing dwelling; (iv) New flat roof over north facing room; (v) Provision of roof lights, bay window, alterations to all elevations and new fenestration, (vi) All associated landscaping, drainage, ground works necessary to facilitate development.
