For (1) Change of use of the premises throughout the ground floor level from warehouse/ storage to educational academy/ laboratory/ classroom use including new sanitary accommodation and other ancillary uses. (2) Material alterations to the first floor level to include revised office layout, new universal WC. (3) Replacement of rooflight for a new smoke vent over the stairs.
