To construct a dwelling house, garage and waste water treatment system

Of 1. Change of use of existing domestic garage to a full day care service. 2. RETAIN and complete partially constructed extension to existing garage to be used as part of the day care service

For the following: (a) RETENTION of (1) The 'as constructed' relocation of the previously approved (Reg.ref. 17/257 & 18/167) detached bungalow within the original site together with (2) The 'as constructed' rear ground floor extension and (3) The conversion of the original integrated garage to habitable accommodation and (b) Approval for the replacement on site of the existing septic tank with an EPA 2009 compliant comprehensive wastewater treatment system

To construct an entrance, dwelling house and wastewater treatment system with soil polishing filter together with all associated site development works and services.
