Alterations and extensions to include single-storey extension to the children’s activity centre at the north-east elevation of the building on site. Amendments to consist of reallocation of car parking spaces, electric charging points and associated infrastructure in compliance with Section 7.6.2 and Section 13.16.9 of the Louth County Development Plan 2021-2027.
