Retention of unauthorised extension to rear of public house consisting of the construction of a timber framed structure fitted with a retractable lean-to roof structure, retention for part change of use from car park to external drinking/dining area consisting L-Shaped steel framed permenant tent/awning type structures and provision of two no. steel framed covered seating area structures with mono-pitch roofs, and random placement of tables, chairs, umbrella type shades including reconfiguration of car park spaces to facilitate the change of use of the car park to the rear of the public house to an external drinking/dining area.
