Minor alterations to previously granted house type and garage under file ref 24/60056 – all other aspects of the previously granted permission remain unchanged including location of new on-site waste water treatment system and percolation area to current EPA standards as well as the provision of a new safer vehicular entrance off the public road to provide for a new shared entrance to service both the existing and proposed new dwelling (the works will involve the blocking up of an existing vehicular entrance), a proposed new internal access driveway, connections to services and all associated site works
