For development consisting of the provision of additional floor area at first floor level to provide additional office accommodation within the existing training centre building envelope, the installation of new windows at first floor level, and all associated site works. RETENTION permission is also sought for internal alterations as constructed, including the subdivision of former workshop, canteen and office areas

Of the following: (a) to retain the existing layout of the building as a single unit with no subdivision. The existing layout as a single unit is inconsistent with the planning permission Reg. Ref: 06/21048 (Ennis Town Council reference), which permitted subdivision of the building into 6 No. separate units; (b) minor changes to the internal configurations to the approved layout under Reg. Ref: 06/21048 to accommodate the use as a single unit; and (c) minor changes to the external elevations including reconfiguration of the glazed screens to the North and West elevations, revised door and window layouts to the West and South elevations and new high level windows to the North elevation (front elevation). Planning PERMISSION is sought for: (a) minor internal amendments comprising of insertion of doors to existing cores; (b) External works including car parking (54 No. spaces), refuse storage works, HGV turning areas and associated and ancillary works, all as previously permitted but not carried out under Reg. Ref: 06/48; and (c) Provision of a new second floor level of circa 543 sq.m gross for plant/storage use associated with the existing use. This will increase the total gross floorspace of the building to circa 4,455 sq.m. There is no change proposed to the use permitted under Reg. Ref: 06/21048 (Ennis Town Council reference).

For development which will consist of the following changes to the retail unit previously granted under Ennis Urban District Planning Ref. 99-32 and An Bord Pleanala Ref. PL 58.120873. 1. Visual enhancement of the external facade to include external glazing, roof cladding and wall fenestrations; 2. Relocation of retail entrance from the southern to the eastern elevation 3. Revised internal configuration including location of toilet and office accommodation; and 4. Provision of external signage on the retail facade

To use first floor of structure for office space ancillary to the production facility granted under P22-287

To retain alterations already carried out to the existing structure including new roof profile and planning PERMISSION to complete the works for change of use to proposed offices, stores and ancillary rooms to include elevational, roof and fenestration changes along with all associated works

Comprising of the following: i. construction of a warehouse extension to light industrial unit no.3; ii. minor alterations to unit nos. 1 and 2 iii. erection of new signage boards; iv. construction of 6 no car parking bays; v. construction of 1 no. loading bay; vi. associated landscaping; and vii. all associated site development works including roads, paths, paving, parking bays, drainage, street lighting, modification to existing ground levels and boundary treatments

To use existing vacant unit as a pet crematorium for domestic animals. Works involve internal alterations and the provision of an internal domestic pet cremation machine with associated flues on the roof and all ancillary works
