The as-built variations relate to 2no. four-bedroom houses (Unit Nos. 87 and 88 Meadows Way) that have been constructed as 2no. three-bedroom houses. These amendments include a reduction in floor area and building height with associated alterations to internal floor layout and external elevations and associated site works.
Change of use of the first-floor offices as an extension to the creche and associated variations to previously approved development (Pl. Ref.: 24/60066); and consists of retention permission for as-built variations to previously approved development (Pl. Ref.: 24/60066) including alterations to the form, materials and window sizes of the elevations, the form and materials of the boundary walls and railings, pedestrian access and footpaths and road alignment.
Construct (a) 98 no. two-storey semi-detached dwellings which will consist of the following unit mix: 10no. 4-bed dwellings, 76no. 3-bed dwellings, and 12no. 2-bed dwellings, (b) Provision of new internal roadways and footpaths by extension of the proposed residential access road from Meadows Way and a possible link with Meadows Fort the subject of a concurrent planning application (Pl. Ref: 25/60210), with associated works to facilitate vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access and car parking; (c) Provision of a shared footpath and cycle lane connection with the adjacent Highfield Manor Estate to the south; (d) Provision of open space areas to include all hard and soft landscape works, planting and boundary treatments; (e) All other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground including; surface water drainage system, foul sewerage network including connection to previously approved foul pumping station (Planning Reference 23/60019), public lighting and all ancillary site development works.
Carry out development which will consist of: (a) The provision of 98no. two-storey semi-detached dwellings consisting of the following unit mix: 8no. 4-bed dwellings, 82no. 3-bed dwellings, and 8no. 2-bed dwellings, (b) Provision of new internal roadways and footpaths by extension of the existing residential access road from Meadows Way, with associated works to facilitate vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access and car parking; (c) Provision of a shared footpath and cycle lane connection with previously approved adjacent housing development (Planning Reference 23/3 and 24/60059); (d) Provision of open space areas to include all hard and soft landscape works, planting and boundary treatments; (e) All other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground including; surface water drainage system, foul sewerage network including connection to previously approved foul pumping station (Planning Reference 23/60019), public lighting and all ancillary site development works
THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WILL CONSIST OF VARIATIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED DEVELOPMENTS (PL. REF.: 23/60289 & PI. REF: 24/60126). THE VARIATIONS COMPRISE CHANGES TO THE ORIENTATION OF UNIT NO. 79 AND 80 INCLUDING BOUNDARY WALL BETWEEN UNIT NO. 80 AND UNIT NO. 81.
CARRY OUT VARIATIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED DEVELOPMENT (PL. REF.: 24/60066). THE VARIATIONS COMPRISE OF CHANGES TO THE ELEVATIONAL DESIGN OF TEN NO. SEMI-DETACHED TWO-STOREY THREE-BEDROOM HOUSES, A TWO-STOREY 400 SQ. M. CRECHE AND A FIRST FLOOR 111 SQ. M. OFFICE UNIT.
Variation to previously approved development (P.A. Ref: 23-60289) including the reduction of the site area of Unit No. 80 and the addition of one additional four-bedroom, two-storey detached dwelling (No. 81) and the provision of all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground.
Complete previously approved developments (P.A. Ref: 04/890 as varied by 07/939, 22/554, 23/60075 and 23/60289) including Extensions of Duration Permissions 09/597, 12/220 and 17/658) as they relate to the omission of the proposed 2/3 storey apartment, retail and office development and the construction of ten no. semi-detached two-storey three-bedroom houses, a two-storey 400 sq. m. creche, a first floor 111 sq. m. office unit and the provision of landscaping, including boundary treatments; and the provision of all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground.
Completion of previously approved developments (P.A. Ref: 04/890 as varied by 07/939, including Extensions of Duration Permissions 09/597, 12/220 and 17/658) as they relate to House Nos. 51 to 80 (28 no. semi-detached two-storey three-bedroom and two no. semi-detached two-storey four-bedroom houses) and the provision of landscaping, including boundary treatments; and the provision of all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground

Construct New Wastewater pumping station to include; (a) Control Kiosk, (b)Emergency storage tanks (c) Inlet manhole, wet well, valve and flow meter chambers, surge vessel and dosing tank (d) Rising main and discharge outfall manhole (e) Site lighting (f) Site boundary fencing, access gates and vehicle entrance. (g) All ancillary site development works over and below ground.
