(a) Retention permission for (i) domestic shed as constructed, shed was previously granted retention permission under Pl. Ref. 10/1033 but the shed as it currently stands differs from that permission and as such a new permission is now sought, (ii) retention of stable building and ancillary building containing storage/tack room, dungstead and hay store, and all associated development works, (b) full planning permission for: (i) decommissioning existing sewage treatment system and replacement of same with a new wastewater treatment system serving dwelling and domestic shed, (ii) new seepage tank serving stable building and dungstead, (iii) closing existing recessed entrance and permanent use of new vehicular entrance serving property.
