Development which will consist of permission for internal and external renovations and alterations to the existing dwelling house. The proposed external alterations will consist of modification to the front entrance, change of size of the windows on the front façade, the removal of the overhanging porch and new windows and entrance door on the side garage. Permission is also sought for change of window locations and sizes on the side and rear elevations to facilitate the proposed internal room layout.
