The amendment application will consist of permission to amend the design of the approved development (Planning Reference: 18601037 and ABP Reference: 303718-19) which comprises consent for an Energy Storage Facility to provide services to the national grid system on a site comprising of 24 battery containers, combined power conversion system (PCS) and transformer units, associated electrical infrastructure, fencing, access track, CCTV, landscaping, and associated ancillary development. The proposed amendments include; (1) re-location of the spare parts container; (2) re-location of drainage and; (3) project lifetime proposed to be extended from 5 to 10 years.
