Alterations to planning permission as granted under PRR 19/1241 consisting of: (1) Provision of 3 no. dormer windows to front elevation in lieu of velux roof lights. (2) Provision of 2 no. velux rooflights to front elevation. (3) Provision of 2 no. velux rooflights to rear elevation. (4) Alterations to locations of external windows and doors. (5) Addition of single storey extension to rear of dwelling. Retention permission is also being sought for minor revision to Northern and Eastern boundary as constructed
