Permission for the demolition of an existing domestic shed and the construction of a new single storey extension to the South elevation of existing dwelling, internal alterations and all associated site works

For (1) Retention permission for the demolition of a single storey extension to the side (North facing) elevation to the existing two storey, three-bedroom residential dwelling. (2) Planning permission – the development will consist of (i) the demolition and reconstruction of the existing roof at a lower level, including the removal of first floor accommodation, the demolition of 3 No. existing chimneys, and the introduction of rooflights; (ii) the construction of 3 No. single storey extensions, comprising 2 No. to the front (East facing) elevation, and 1 No. to the rear (West facing) elevation; (iii) the construction of a new chimney; and (iv) alterations to all existing elevations to the existing two storey, three-bedroom residential dwelling.
