For the following: (1) Renovation works to existing single storey semi-derelict dwelling to include a new roof as well as internal and elevational alterations (2) to demolish single storey lean-to at rear and side of dwelling (3) to construct a single storey extension to the side of existing dwelling (4) to install a new proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area (5) and all associated ancillary site development works.

For (1) Construction of cattle underpass under existing public road LS7117-0, (2) re-instatement of residual road sections over and adjacent to proposed underpass route, (3) installation of effluent collection tank, (4) Completion of all associated and ancillary site works

To (a) decommission existing septic tank and install new proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area associated with adjoining dwelling and (B) construct a part single storey/part storey and a half style dwelling, detached domestic garage, install proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area and form a new site entrance from public road, together with all associated site works

To retain changes made to planning permission granted under planning reference 11/228 - to erect 1 No. fully serviced two storey dwelling with entrance, walls and piers, biocycle, percolation area, connection to group water and all ancillary site works. Main retention changes to include 1. Minor changes to vehicle entrance onto road. 2. Addition of two storey section to rear (originally single storey). 3. Overall area of house increased in size from original design. 4. External fenestrations altered on elevations to allow new design. 5. Position of house moved from original granted position and all ancillary site works

To construct single storey extension to existing craft studio and complete all ancillary site works
