Proposed Block 1 – A four storey building of 1415 sqm comprising of a Ground Floor Commercial Restaurant Unit of 257sqm, in addition to 12 number residential apartments ( 3 x 1 Bed, 9 x 2 Bed ) on the ground, first, second and third floors, with associated circulation & plant rooms. Proposed Block 2 - A four storey building (over ground floor parking area & entrance) of 836 sqm comprising of 8 residential apartments ( 8 x 2 Bed ) with associated circulation & plant rooms. Proposed Block 3 - A three storey building of 230 sqm comprising of 3 residential apartments ( 3 x 1 Bed ) with associated circulation. Proposed Block 4 - A two storey building of 140 sqm comprising of 2 residential apartments ( 2 x 1 Bed ) taking in the conversion and extension of the existing residential building 'Bawn House'. The proposed development includes the demolition of 2 derelict existing buildings, a shop building formerly known as 'P.B. O'Byrne' & also a single storey dwelling 'Bawn Mews'. 'Bawn House', a 2 storey pitched roof building between these buildings, is proposed to be retained, as referred to above. The proposed development includes a new vehicular entrance to off street parking of 12 spaces, with an entrance roadway from Main Street (in place of existing site vehicular entrance), in addition to an ESB substation, refuse stores, bicycle parking stores, communal open spaces, and associated site and landscape works
Construction of a) 5 no. 2 storey terraced dwellings (2 no. 2 bed dwellings & 3 no. 3 bed dwellings with a total proposed floor area of 485sqm), b) for all boundary walls and fences, c) proposed vehicular and pedestrian entrances to the development off the public road and associated footpaths, d) realignment of the existing public footpath on the site, e) proposed pedestrian crossing on the public road, f) hard and soft landscaping including 8 no. car parking spaces and bin storage, g) all site services above and below ground including connections to existing services
Proposed reclamation of land through the filling of material comprising of clay, silt, sand, gravel or stone for the purpose of improvement of land for agricultural use, temporary haul road from entrance, relocation of existing gates and ancillary works including portable truck wheel-wash, office/ chemical toilet, Appropriate Assessment report has been prepared in respect of the proposed development

A 5-year permission for a LRD comprising amendments to the previously permitted application (WCC Reg Ref 06/6101/ ABP Reg. Ref. PL27.227704 extended by WCC Reg. Ref. 18/381). The proposed development comprises: (a) An increase of 6 no. residential units to the overall number of residential units permitted under (WCC Reg. Ref. 06/6101 / ABP Reg, Ref. PL27.227704 extended by WCC reg. Ref. 18/381 and further amendment application WCC Reg. Ref. 17/1735, WCC Reg. Ref. 17/740 and WCC Reg. Ref. 22/556) now providing a total of 751 residential units. (b) Amending Estate 4 from previously permitted 85 no. houses, and creche to provide 87 no. dwellings. (c) Amending Estate 6 from previously permitted 83 no. apartments, 5 commercial units and 3 community units to 48 no. dwellings. (d) Amending Estate 8 from previously permitted 36 no. houses to 75 no. dwellings. (e) Re-location of the childcare facility previously permitted in Estate 4 to the Community and Educational zoned lands, and the re-design of same from previously permitted c. 249.03sqm to c. 655sqm. (f) Re-location of 3 no. community rooms (totalling c. 400sqm) previously permitted in Estate 6 and the provision of 1 no. two-storey community facility (c. 400 sqm) on the Community and Educational zoned land. (g) The total provision of 514 no. car parking spaces to include 24 no. EV spaces and 145 no. bicycle parking spaces. (h) Minor amendments to internal residential access roads and cyclist/pedestrian paths within the amended Estates 4,6 and 8. (i) Minor amendments to the previously permitted open space to now provide c. 9,218 sqm Public Open Space & c. 1,226 sqm Communal Open Space. (j) All associated site development works to include services provision, infrastructural and drainage works, provision of 3 no. substations, bin stores, bicycle stores, car parking, public lighting, landscaping, open space and boundary treatment works.
Agricultural building and associated hardcore surfaced agricultural yard. Retention of access roadway (part of) and permission for a new double gated agricultural entrance to agricultural lands, realignment of access road and all associated works
Importation of uncontaminated soil and stones only for the improvement of lands in order to facilitate the construction of a new training pitch on the club grounds. Permission for the construction of the new training pitch is sought. Permission is also sought for one temporary on site portable toilet and one temporary portacabin which will serve as an office for the duration of the infilling process. An Article 6(3) of the Habitats Directive Screening for Appropriate Assessment report has been prepared in respect of the proposed development. Subsequent to planning a waste facility permit will be sought from Wicklow County Council Environment / Waste Section for the duration of the infilling process
