The Proposed development consist of:(i) construction of a detached, two-storey, five-bedroom dwelling with on-curtilage car parking and private amenity space; (ii) construction of a detached two-storey garage to the east of the proposed dwelling; (iii) provision of on-site wastewater treatment system, percolation area and surface water soakaway to serve the proposed dwelling; (iv) decommission of the existing vehicular entrance serving the existing family dwelling and provision of new shared vehicular entrance onto Garristown Road to west of the site; (v) provision of solar panels at roof level on the southern portion of the dwelling; (vi) the provision of 4 no. rooflight to the east, west and south; and (vii) the development will also include all associated works including, landscaping, planting and boundary treatments, infrastructure, lighting, foul/surface drainage and all ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development.
