For change of garage design to existing planning ref PL20/173 to include a reduction in size of floor area, increase in ridge height and to incorporate use for a home office and all associated site works

(a) Retention permission for a single storey bedroom and en-suite extension as built to the side of existing house (b) planning permission for a new single storey extension at the rear of existing house to accommodate a kitchen, dining area, play area, utlility room, sitting room and new side entrance door. Minor internal alterations of the existing room layout that will necessitate a new bedroom window, a new side door and conversion of the existing side door opening into a bathroom window on the north-northeast elevation of the existing house. Planning permission is also required for a new wastewater treatment system, percolation area and all associated site works.
