Retention of the installation of an overflow service yard and for the position of windows as constructed from that granted under PL Ref No. 08/451 & 19/467 and for permission for a proposed vehicle entrance to serve and approved carpark (carpark granted under PL Ref No. 19/467) and the installation of PV Solar Panels to the roof together with all associated site works

Alterations to existing three storey facility (site numbers 9 & 13 of planning reference no. 07/659 and building constructed under PL 08/451). Alterations to include widening of existing entrances, additional windows at second floor level, additional parking area, perimeter fencing, 2 no. new entrances and internal access to adjacent sites (site numbers 10 & 11 of planning reference no. 07/659), connection to all existing services and retention for an existing portacabin unit and all associated site works
