The development will consist of: A) The proposed construction of an extension to the existing public house to provide additional dining/seating area. B) The change of use of the ground floor takeaway to a 2-bedroom apartment and all associated site works. C) The subdivision of the existing first-floor apartment and its open attic area into 3 number duplex apartments and all associated site works.
