For the construction of a single storey pitched roof conservatory to the side of the existing 2 storey dwelling and all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development

For (1) the change of use of the existing detached single storey pitched roof garage building to residential to form ancillary family accommodation (2) the construction of a single storey pitched roof extension to the existing garage/new residential ancillary family accommodation (3) decommission existing septic tank and install a new wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter, and (4) all necessary ancillary site development works

To (1) Construct an agricultural slatted shed to incorporate slatted areas, cubicle accommodation, feed and link passages and underground slurry storage tanks, (2) Construct underground dairy washings storage tank, (3) Complete all associated structures and ancillary site works
