The application relates to the revisions to previously approved planning reference: 21/733. The revisions include relocation of proposed site to south east corner of land holding, reduction of dwelling size from 278 sq.m to 245 sq.m., relocation of proposed new site entrance gates and piers, and resizing of percolation area. All other elements of previously approved planning application remain unchanged, such as proposed new domestic garage, the installation of new waste water treatment plant, site boundary treatments, along with all associated site works
