To construct an additional three no. dwelling houses within the existing development currently under construction, previously authorised under planning permissions ref no’s P22/1039 and P24/60359, along with all associated site works and services

To make alterations to the development previously authorised under planning permission ref no. P22/1039, to include: (a) minor amendments to the house positions on site; (b) amendments to the house floor plans and layouts; (c) amendments to fenestration and elevational treatments of dwellings; and (d) all associated site works and services

For a) To construct 8 No. semi-detached dwelling houses (16 houses in total) b) To amend access road and ancillary services permitted under planning ref P16/630 c) To provide temporary access road from public only in order to prevent machinery and builder providers accessing the site via the existing Maigh Dara housing estate
