To alter an existing structure and to change its use to an Artist’s Studio along with ancillary site works

To carry out the following development: For the redevelopment of a former retail storage building to provide a 2-storey office building. The proposed development will include: 1) The change of use of the building to office accommodation. 2) Demolition of the steel framed and clad building located at the rear (south) of the site. 3) Carry out alterations and additions to the existing building on Monastery Lane and construct a new 2 storey extension to the rear of same. 4) Demolish northern section of Digital Hub stone boundary wall and set back to provide off-road parking spaces. 5) Provide new pedestrian footpath from the Digital hub car park entrance to connect with the existing footpath located on Monastery Lane. 6) Connect to existing adjacent public services. 7) All ancillary site works. The development proposes works to the exterior of the structure that is located within Ennistimon's Architectural Conservation Area and these works would materially affect the characher of the area. In accordance with the Habitats Directive, Appropriate Assessment Screening has been carried out on the project, and the screening report accompanies the application. In accordance with Articles 81 and 120 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001, as amended, Clare County Council has concluded front an EIA screening determination that no significant effects on the environment are likely as a result of the proposed development and that and Environmental Impact Assessment is not required

For Change of use from residential to office use, works to include elevation changes, including new windows and doors to the front and rear elevations, a roof window to rear elevation, internal alterations, rear garden works includes hard and soft landscaping, with existing connections to public sewers and services together with all associated ancillary site works.

To construct a new dwelling house with connection to public services and all other associated site and ancillary works

To carry out the following development at Monastery Lane, Ennistymon, Co Clare. Demolition of dangerous/derelict structures, site clearance and provision of public car park. The proposed development will include: 1) Demolition of existing dangerous/derelict structures. 2) Site Clearance and provision of public car park. 3) Installation of new public light columns. 4) Provision of electric vehicle charging points. 5) All ancillary site works. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development. These works area located within the Ennistymon Architectural Conservation Area (ACA) and would materially affect the character of the ACA.

To renovate and extend the existing dwelling, connect to Irish Water mains services & all other associated site and ancillary works

For development which will consist of alterations and change of use of an existing single-storey terraced coach house to guest bedroom, study and bathroom for use in conjunction with the main dwelling house on Parliament Street, with new doors and windows to front and rear elevations and retention and repair of the existing flag stone roof, with new rooflights to rear, subject to on-site assessment and in agreement with Clare Council's Planning Department, with alterations to site works and connection to services. This site is located within an Architectural Conservation Area.
