Retention planning permission is sought to retain 2 no. two-storey detached dwelling houses as constructed, originally granted under Pl Ref: 20/98, retention planning permission is sought to retain domestic garage currently under construction and full planning permission is sought for the completion of same, all ancillary site works and services

Permission to alter previously approved planning, Ref No: PL20/98. for the installation of 2 no. waste water treatment systems and percolation areas and associated site works on site

Permission for development consisting of an air dome (1.428.7m2) for multi-use sports activities, primarily used for 2 no. indoor tennis courts. Works to include carpark and all associated site works. The existing facility is currently fully serviced by the existing services permitted and constructed under PL.Ref. 15/324 and PL. Ref. 18/178.

The construction of 2 no. two storey detached dwellings (1 no. 3 bedroom dwelling and 1 no. 4 bedroom dwelling) with independent vehicular accesses and all ancillary site development works including demolition of the existing storage shed.

Modifications to development previously permitted under PL Ref: 15/324 & PL Ref: 18/178 comprising of (i) alterations to Pavilion building roof structure including revisions to roof lights (ii) revisions to material finishes on the elevations of the pavilion building. (iii) Revisions to the elevations and internal layout of the maintenance building. (iv) Revisions to Signage at main site entrance. (v) and all associated works.
