To alter part of granted planning permission reference P21382 to include revised elevations, floor plans and building layout for the proposed teaching unit with welfare facilities and office, along with all associated works

To renovate and extend the existing outbuilding to provide overnight accommodation for students attending the workshops at the teaching unit granted under P21/382 and all associated site and ancillary works

To build a dwelling, garage, install a wastewater treatment system and all associated site works.

The development consists of the construction of a dairy with a waste water treatment system, slatted cubicle unit and associated site works

For 1. Change of use of a section of the exiting storage shed with workshop area, granted under P19-121, to provide a workshop area / teaching facility for blade smithing and knife making school, with its own new entrance door; 2. To replace the existing shed with a purpose built teaching unit with welfare facilities and office and 3. to upgrade the existing waste treatment system and all associated site and ancillary works

To demolish existing ancillary accommodation, construct an extension to the side (east) of the existing dwelling, minor alterations to the interior layout of existing dwelling. All with associated site works.
