Construct 2 no. two-storey 3-bed semi-detached dwellings to replace previously Approved 1 no. 4-bed detached two-storey dwelling, planning reg. ref. 20/346, connect to existing services and site development works

To decommission existing septic tank, relocate and upgrade to new effluent treatment system with percolation area and associated site works to existing dwelling

To provide timber hit & miss fencing to the rear internal dividing boundaries of the proposed dwellings currently under construction instead of concrete panel fencing conditioned and all ancillary site works. Planning reference 18/191 & ABP-303082-18 relate to this site

Of two storey dwelling as constructed which is a handed version of that previously approved under planning ref. no. 9119286 with minor alterations to floorplans and elevations together with decommissioning of septic tank and existing connection to public sewer, alterations to boundaries and associated site works

To retain the development consisting of: an existing 2 storey dwelling, detached domestic shed, revised site boundaries & associated site works as constructed for which retention permission is sought for their as-built location, which differs from that approved under planning application 04/2470
