Demolition of existing detached single storey outbuilding within rear garden (4 sqm) and erection of a proposed two storey side and rear extension to existing semi-detached dwelling, a single storey extension to rear elevation, a proposed flat roof attic dormer to rear elevation roof, and proposed new velux windows to front elevation roof. This application is to seek permission for design amendments to the proposals for which planning permission has been granted, register ref F20A/0393. Design amendments which are the subject of this application consist of: (a) a proposed new first floor en suite extension to rear elevation, and revised first floor proposals to rear bedroom extension associated; (b) revised design of attic storey velux rooflights to front elevation; (c) proposed alterations to shared boundary walls on each side of the proposed external patio terrace level associated with the rear extension.
