Installation of stepped spectator terraced areas - fully inclusive and accessible spectator stand together with sheltered exercise and spectator area to the rear.4. Installation of a multi-use games area incorporating ball wall and appropriate playing surface (including drainage, lighting, fencing, ball safety requirements etc.) 5. Multipurpose building incorporating a kitchen area and associated barbeque terrace. 6. Proposed turnstiles. 7. Proposed dugouts. 8. Proposed biodiversity areas. Including all associated ancillary site works
