The construction of a domestic shed-gym for use ancillary to the existing dwelling house together with all associated site works

For the development will consist of the following: 1 (a) construction of a new single storey extensions to house and shed, including associated alterations to existing structures and all associated landscaping, site development works. (b enhancement of existing wastewater treatment system including replacement of existing septic tank with new wastewater treatment unit and 2. retention of alterations to existing dormer windows to east and west elevations, installation of corner windows and demolition of dormer to east with replacement roof light, together with all associated site works
