Comprising the importation and deposition of inert subsoil and topsoil for land profiling and recontouring purposes at an existing agricultural holding and all ancillary site works. The purpose of this work is to improve the site for agriculture. A Certificate of Registration under the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration Regulations) SI 821 of 2007 as amended is required for this development. Permission is also sought for temporary site entrance to facilitate the development.
