(i) the construction of a new building of 881m2 to house 16 no. 3.8m diameter and 13.5m height malted grain silos and associated gantries, 2 no. grain cleaners and associated plant along with bulk out loading facility, (ii) construction of a new boiler house of 95m2 and a new ESB substation and customer switch room of 25m2, (iii) construction of 6 no. 22m diameter and 21.5m height grain storage silos with associated underground conveyor system along with gantries and ancillary equipment to a max height of 25.2m to replace the previously approved 2 no. grain storage buildings as part of planning ref no. 23/2 (iv) relocation of existing weighbridge and construction of a new weighbridge (v) relocation of previously approved Modular Malting Units, Storage Shed and 4 No. Stainless Steel Cylindrical Water Storage Tanks (planning ref no. 23/2) (vi) all on a new concrete apron along with all associated site development works
