Completion of works on site for that previously granted permission file ref 18/1405 for which the following was applied for; 1) proposed new clubhouse building which will provide 4 no dressing rooms and ancillary rooms to facilitate the development, 2) a new car parking area, 3) 1 no new playing pitch circa 137 x 85m including 6 no. floodlights to pitch, 4) proposed new fencing to pitch, 5) a proposed secondary treatment system to current EPA guidelines and new percolation area, 6) new well and all associated site works

Alterations and additions to an existing 2 storey detached dwelling. The proposed works comprise the demolition of an existing single storey garage and utility room extension to the northern gable end, and the construction of a new 2 storey extension to the gable end and to the rear in lieu of same. The works will also comprise the formation of a new entrance porch to the front elevation, and the construction of a new single storey extension to southern gable end of the existing 2 storey dwelling, together with the conversion of the attic space and the provision of velux rooflights to the front and rear, and alterations to existing window openings to the front and rear elevations. The proposed works will also incorporate the proposed widening of the existing vehicular front entrance gates, together with all ancillary site works, including connections into existing site services
