I) Construction of the 2-storey extension to rear of existing house; ii) Removal of existing rear garden sheds; iii) Change of use of existing ground floor garage to habitable space; iv) Other works as part of the development include: alterations to all elevations, landscaping to the front and rear garden, roof-lights, SuDS drainage and all associated works to facilitate the development.

The development will consist of: construction of a single storey building, ancillary to the main dwelling, located within the rear garden, comprising of den/playroom, study, gym and storage space with a mono pitched roof and rooflights. The development will also include all associated site and ground works necessary to facilitate this development.
