The development will consist of proposed partial demolition of existing extension to the rear, including demolition to the entire roof, to be replaced with new flat roof. Proposed construction of a new roof with raised ridge level, proposed roof lights, proposed alterations to all elevations of the dwelling, proposed internal alterations, proposed glass covered terrace to the rear and side, and all associated site works.
