A pedestrian gate to boundary fence at main entrance (Dr Cullen Road Roundabout) and extension of footpath, 2 no. access doors and 2 no. ramps to northern facade of factory, detached storage building (795m2) to the north of the factory with roof solar panels and external battery kiosk / invertor, single storey extension (100m2) to the east of the factory, single storey extension (1902m2) to the south of the factory with roof solar panels and external battery kiosk / invertor, detached storage building (1200m2) to the south of the factory with roof solar panels and external battery kiosk / invertor, refurbishment of existing factory (1001m2) and single storey extension (561m2) to the south, 12 no. cycle parking spaces and 4 no. EV parking spaces to the car park and all associated site development works

The proposed change of use from office to health centre, alterations and extension to existing building, proposed signage to building elevations and free-standing totem signage, and all associated site works

Development consists of an MMC innovation area consisting of 4 no. two storey terraced prototype units to the western side of the existing factory for research and development purposes to test products and materials. A 1.8 metre high fence shall bound the area with landscaping and all site development works. The units are not habitable and shall be decommissioned and the area reinstated when no longer required

1) Retention Permission to retain the existing 24m telecommunications support structure carrying antenna and dishes, communications cabins and associated site works within a fenced compound (previously granted under Plan Ref No. 11/6417)AND, 2) Permission to install additional antenna, dish equipment to the support structure including ground equipment cabinets and associated site works

To erect a 24 metre high monopole telecommunications support structure together with floodlights, antennas, dishes and associated telecommunications equipment and also for RETENTION PERMISSION for the existing foundation plinth, ground equipment cabinets within a 3.25m by 4.3m timber fence compound. On completion of the works the existing 24 metre high monopole telecommunications support structure together with floodlights antennas, dishes and associated telecommunications equipment will be removed

Construction of an extension to the front & side of existing building with all associated site development works

Permission for the construction of a two-storey extension to the front of existing building with all associated site development works

The internal modification to existing offices, waiting area, toilets and canteen, and the construction of new waiting/reception area, toilets, store, at ground floor level and new first floor mezzanine extension consisting of staff canteen, store and open plan area (103.28 sq.m.),together with all associated site works

Revisions and alterations to portal frame industrial unit as constructed on foot of planning permission reference P.D. 3273. The revisions and alterations include, (a) construction of a canopy to the front elevation, (b) the addition of doors and windows to front elevation, (c) internal revisions including the provision of ancillary office space and toilet facilities and all associated site development works
