For the demolition of existing derelict dwelling, construction of new detached two storey dwelling, onsite wastewater treatment system and percolation area connection to necessary services, new entrance together with all associated ancillary and incidental site works

For the construction of a single storey extension to the side and rear of the existing dwelling together with all associated ancillary and incidental site works

The development will consist of one two-storey dwelling house, wastewater treatment system, percolation area, new site entrance, driveway and all associated site works

For detached single storey dwelling, detached domestic garage/home office, onsite wastewater treatment system and percolation are, bored well, new entrance together with all associated ancillary and incidental site works
