The proposed development consists of the following;

Demolition of existing garage and subdivision of family landholding to facilitate the construction of a new detached dormer style 3 no. bedroom dwelling, new onsite WWTP and percolation area to serve the proposed dwelling, together with the replacement of existing septic tank with new onsite WWTP and percolation area to serve the adjoining family home, provision of shared access via exiting residential entrance, provision of 2 no. within curtilage parking spaces to serve the proposed dwelling, hard and soft landscaping works and all associated site and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.

Demolition of existing detached garage and the construction of a detached bungalow, on-site wastewater treatment unit and percolation area, associated site works and utilising the existing vehicular entrance on a site adjacent to family home.
