Permission for construction of a seasonal glamping site consisting of; (a) construction of 10 timber accommodation huts for short term letting, (b) reception building, (c) a toilet and shower building, (d) change of use of a driving range building with roof access to a sheltered cooking and eating/play area with storage and rooftop sitting area, (e) parking spaces, (f) associated signage, (g) installation of a wastewater holding tank and wet land reed bed treatment system and percolation area and all associated site works.
