Planning permission for the following works: (i) the provision of a new metal palisade security fence on top of the existing brick boundary walls to the north-east, north west (Mourne Road) and south-west (Knocknarea Road) boundaries, the total height of the new boundary treatment to be approx. 3.25m with three sets of new matching entrance double gates, one set to Knocknarea Road and two sets to Mourne Road.
