Alter the existing Glasmore-Malahide-Swords 38KV line. The proposed alteration will be carried out in the townland of Kinsaley, Co. Dublin and will involve undergrounding sections of the above mentioned overhead 38KV line to facilitate the development of a previously permitted housing development. The proposed alteration will comprise of one (No 1) lattice steel tower, of maximum height 15 metres. The existing overhead line consists of three overhead steel reinforced aluminium conductors. Three (3) existing wooden pole sets and the associated overhead wires will be removed as part of the alteration, AI received 17/06/21
(a) Retention of existing concrete shed slab foundation in front driveway and: (b) Removal of existing concrete shed slab foundation and construction of a new detached part single and part two storey annex for a Yoga/Art Studio to be used solely in conjunction with the main dwelling.
The proposed development consists of construction of 57 No. residential units of detached, semi-detached, and terraced housing comprising of 4 No. 2-bed units; 14 No. 3-bed units; 37 no. 4-bed units; and 2 No. 5-bed units. Vehicular access to the development is to be provided from Streamstown Wood to the South, and Park Avenue to the East. The Park Avenue entrance walls will be reconfigured. Two semi-detached dwellings will face onto Streamstown Lane. The boundary wall to the north of the site shall be 2.4 metres high. The boundary fence to the East shall be 2.4 metres high. The proposed development includes associated landscaping including the completion of the existing open space, public open space, boundary treatments, site infrastructure (including internal roads, storm and foul sewers, SuDS and connection to the public systems), utilities, and all associated site development works on a site of c. 2.65ha.
