To undertake the follwoing development: Streetscape Enhancement in Ennistymon, County Clare. The location of the proposed works are at Ennistymon, Co Clare in the follwoing areas: 1 Parliament Street (L1122) 2. The Square (N67)/ Church Street (L5132), 3 McInerney's Lane (L5031) 1) Public relm ehancement works to include upgrades to footpath, provision of a pedestrian friendly raised table area with constrolled crossing, provision of a pedestrian frendly raised table with new courtesy crossing, raised courtesy crossings, revisions to on-street car parking layouts, new paved surface, relocation of existing and provision of new street lighting and street furniture. 2) All associated services, site development and landscaping works. The subject works are located within the Ennistymon Architectural Conservation Area and would materially affect the character of the area concerned. No works are proposed to any Protected structures. In accordance with the habitats Directive, an Appropriate Assessment (AA) Screening has been carried out in respect of the proposed works. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed works

For works to a building within an Architectural Conservation Area including; to Parliament Street, Demolition of an existing second floor dormer storey and internal derelict structure and construction of a full height second floor storey and roof and the refurbishment of the existing Parliament Street facade and shop front and signage to provide a retail unit at ground floor level and a two bedroom apartment at first / second floor level and To Markham's Lane; Part demolition of an existing derelict storey and a half structure and construction of a new two storey structure to provide a one bedroom apartment and all ancillary site development works and services

For the erection of a mural on the gable end of the dwelling to the side of the gallery at Parliament Street, Ennistymon V95 F8R9 on the wall facing the footpath. This will be a roughly 6 x 12 ft mural of abstract visual art for the whole area to enjoy and to brighten the street

For development which will consist of alterations and change of use of an existing single-storey terraced coach house to guest bedroom, study and bathroom for use in conjunction with the main dwelling house on Parliament Street, with new doors and windows to front and rear elevations and retention and repair of the existing flag stone roof, with new rooflights to rear, subject to on-site assessment and in agreement with Clare Council's Planning Department, with alterations to site works and connection to services. This site is located within an Architectural Conservation Area.
