For development of a new Sterile Manufacturing Facility at the site of our existing biologics formulation and filling facility at Dublin Road, Pollerton Little and Oakpark, Carlow. The development comprises a total gross floor area of c.7,787sqm, including; (i) a new two-storey production building (c.7,641sqm and maximum height 18m) incorporating production suites, utilities, warehouse, workshops, laboratories, offices and plant rooms; (ii) a single storey MV electrical building (c.146sqm and maximum height 4.5m); (iii) an external utilities yard comprising; covered wasterwater management area, process waste tanks and sumps, process water storage tank, heat pumps, a new generator, an elevated pipe rack, and other miscellaneous pumps, plant and equipment; (iv) 85 no. new car parking spaces, and a new covered bicycle rack; (v) a temporary contractor's construction compound for the duration of the construction works; (vi) all associated permanent site development works, including; roads, paths, yards, underground services, and site landscaping. The extended utilisation of a temporary site access road from the existing roundabout on the R448 regional road; as permitted under Planning Permission Ref. 21/360, is being sought for the duration of the proposed construction works. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and a Natura Impact Statement (NIS) have been prepared and will be submitted to the planning authority with the application
Proposed development will consist of the security upgrade of the two existing road entrances - entrance one and entrance two to include the following works: new traffic barriers, new 1.2 meter high railings to match existing, two new pedestrian and bicycle turnstiles with canopies at entrance one, extension of existing footpaths and all associated site development works
Site development works comprising site excavations and regrading, including removal of excess material, all within a site area of 9.8Ha. In the east and north-east of the existing MSD facility at Dublin Road, Pollerton Little and Oakpark, Carlow. The works will include: (i) regrading of existing lamdscaped berms along the north eastern site boundary; (ii) creation of new landscaped berms on the eastern boundary of the site; (iii) installation of a temporary access road from existing roundabout on the R448 regional road to facilitate the site development works; (iv) all associated site development and landscaping works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and is submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
Application for extension of duration of planning permission for the construction of a residential development which was previously granted permission under planning application PL. Ref. 04/592 at Pollerton Little (Castleoaks), Dublin Road, Carlow. The development consists of a revised site layout and the construction of 106 no. residential units consisting of 13 no. 4 bed detached houses, 16 no. 4 bed semi detached houses, 74 no. 3 bed semi detached houses, 1 no. terrace block comprising 1 no. 4 bed mid terrace house and 2 no. 3 bed end terrace houses, together with all associated site works including roads, parking, footpaths, landscaping and all services to facilitiate the development
Permission to erect an aluminium framed terrace canopy including retractable fabric awning with glass windbreak side panels and doors, adjacent to the existing site Canteen building at the biologics formulation and filing facility at Dublin Road, Pollerton Little and Oakpark, Carlow. The development is comprised of a single storey terrace cover with a gross floor area of 193sqm approximately all at ground level and alignment of existing hard landscaping. The purpose of the development is to provide ancillary eating and break facilities for site personnel

The development comprises a combined gross floor area of c.4,088sqm, including; (i) a new three-storey laboratory building (c.3,320sqm and maximum height 18.19m); (ii) a two-storey extension to the existing production building (c.448sqm and maximum height 9.20m); (iii) a single-storey extension to the existing energy centre (c.220sqm and maximum height 10.20m); (iv) a new single storey workshop building (c. 100sqm and maximum height 4.70m); (v) associated site development works
