A) The construction of proposed ground and first floor extensions to the existing two storey dwelling totalling 39.5 m2 for the option 'A' plans, and 32.5 m2 for the option 'B' plans, submitted as part of the planning application submission. Clarification of the proposed extension works to the existing two storey dwelling, and the difference between the proposed Option 'A' and 'B' plans is provided as follows: 1.
