The development will consist of the construction of a detached four bedroom dormer dwelling with on-site wastewater treatment system, percolation area and rainwater harvesting system; new vehicular access to the R127; landscaping and boundary treatment; and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.

Construction of (i) a new detached four bedroom single storey dwelling. (ii) revision of existing roadside boundary treatment along site to R127 to achieve adequate sightlines (iii) provision of new shared entrance to existing agricultural site entrance along R127 (iv) provision of new internal vehicular entrance and access driveway to serve proposed new dwelling and (v) all associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development including wastewater treatment system, percolation area, rainwater harvesting system, site works and landscaping and boundary treatment.
