The development will consist of: (1) Partial demolition of existing single story extension to rear. (2) Construction of a story and a half extension to rear elevation north and gable elevation east and west some 110 Sqm. (3) All associated site works

External alterations to existing dwelling (previously granted under PL22/303, currently under construction). The alterations include changes from a curved roof to the side to a pitched roof and all associated site works
