Amendments to previously approved application 2642/19 consisting of 2 storey extension to west elevation and part single, part 2 storey extension to east elevation and associated site works

Permission is sought for alteration/ extension of the existing two storey end of terrace house, comprising construction of a new single storey extension to the rear, extension of the existing two-storey rear return at first floor level, provision of a new increased height pitched roof to the extended rear return, relocation of the pedestrian access gate on the northern boundary, provision of a new first floor 'juliet' balcony to the rear elevation, provision of solar panels to the existing and proposed rear pitched roofs, with associated site development.
